Erie Insurance Changes Auto Glass Claims Script

Erie Insurance has become one of the first national insurance companies to change its auto glass claims script to indicate a financial relationship between Safelite Solutions and Safelite Auto Glass (Belron, US). The script change took effect this year.

IGA members should be aware of the script change so they may make necessary adjustments in their customer service techniques when dealing with Erie. Members will need to explain to their customers what the new wording means and that it clearly states there is a financial relationship between Safelite Solutions and Safelite Auto Glass.
