IGA Report-A-Part Database
The IGA Report-A-Part Database gives auto glass professionals a central place to document concerns involving automotive glass parts, including fit, optical distortion, hardware placement, sensor or forward-facing camera housings, markings, color, quality, and other conditions that may affect installation, performance, or safety. Reports can include part numbers, DOT numbers, supplier information, photographs, and installation observations to help the industry identify patterns that may deserve closer attention. The database is intended as an industry-awareness and information-sharing resource. Submitted reports do not, by themselves, constitute a defect determination, safety finding, recall, certification, or legal conclusion. Users should independently inspect each part, review applicable manufacturer information and installation procedures, and use professional judgment when making installation, purchasing, repair, or safety decisions.
