The Independent Glass Association (IGA) provides a member service designed to assist its members with the ability to answer phones and set appointments 24/7 through a partnership with the American Auto Glass Alliance (AAGA).
The IGA 24/7 program gives members their own affordable call center allowing them to gain business after closing, weekends and holidays. By offering this program to our members, IGA continues its commitment to supporting the efforts of independents by providing them with real benefits designed to increase their market share.
IGA has partnered with AAGA to create a national call center specifically for independents. The goal of the call center, or remote outsource services (ROS), is to give independents the ability to compete with national retailers by offering an affordable service that will book auto glass service jobs by phone 24/7.
With the IGA 24/7 program you are provided the following:
- You control your phone calls and have the ability to forward to your remote customer service representative when you need them so that you never miss a customer contact.
- Provides 24/7 phone coverage to maximize your job acquisition.
